Feature and structure
1. Main control panel adopt touch screen Delta from Taiwan, high definition
2. The drive system of whole machine adopts PLC Microcomputer control (Single Chip control system) on punch machine which integrate control of bag making part and punching part.
3. Set all function with one touch screen, simple and easy operation.
4. Machine will automatically stopped if film jammed which is detected by sensor
5. Independent winder part, high efficient unwind control; max diameter of single unwinding is 800mm; unwinding roller is choked by air shaft.
6. Automatic fold function and put on conveyor unit by unit.
7. Automatic stacks the bag and collects.
8. When the bags stack at the set numerical, mechanical hands will automatically grab bags and machine will not stop.On punch machine which integrate control of bag making part and punching part.

Q1:Is your factory a trading company or a factory?

Q2:How long can your machine work continuously?

Q3:Where is your factory? How can I visit there?
A:We are located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China, about one hour by air from Shanghai. After arriving at Wenzhou Airport, it will take another hour by car to reach our factory. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q4:How about the payment term? And How long is your delivery?
A:For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery. And normally our film blowing machine will be delivery within 30 days after 100% testing.
