PP Film Blowing Machine

Suitable Material: Polypropylene or PP
1. The machine is suitable for producing PP. It is widely used for packing food, garment, textile, daily necessaries and industrial product.
2. Die head can be turned in 360, it can strengthen the tension and evenness degree of film.
3. Screw and cylinder are all made of 38CrMoAl alloy, and treated by nitrogen. It has an advantage of great thickness, corrosion resistance and endurance.
4. Die head has been chromized, it's advantage of screw core structure, melting material extruding evenly, and blowing film smoothing.
5. Cooling equipment is a labyrinth blow pump, which has good effect. Especially it adopts the recycling cooling water system to ensure the best transparent effect.
6. Discharging equipment adopts pressing braking winding equipment and central winding equipment, and it adopts torque motor to adjust, has the merits of smooth film, convenience operation.

7. Optional parts:Auto loader, Rotary die head, Double winders, Air shaft, Corona treatment

Q1:Is your factory a trading company or a factory?

Q2:How long can your machine work continuously?
A:We advice the machine working 24 hours a day without stopping. Which not only increases production but also saves energy.

Q3:Where is your factory? How can I visit there?
A:We are located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China, about one hour by air from Shanghai. After arriving at Wenzhou Airport, it will take another hour by car to reach our factory. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q4:How about the payment term? And How long is your delivery?
A:For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery. And normally our film blowing machine will be delivery within 30 days after 100% testing.
